About

Bedside instincts, brought into the quieter rooms of preparation and healing.

I'm JESSICA — a registered nurse with more than ten years in labor & delivery and postpartum care, practicing from a holistic nursing perspective. I've witnessed births of every kind: the unmedicated ones that unfolded like weather, the carefully orchestrated cesareans, the long inductions, the fast ones nobody saw coming.

What I learned, again and again, is that calm is a skill — and most women have never been taught it. We're handed a birth plan and a list of hospital policies, but rarely the actual tools to settle our own nervous system when the room turns sharp.

That's the gap my holistic nursing practice fills. Hypnotherapy for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Childbirth education that respects how women actually work, and fills in those knowledge gaps. Doula care from someone who has worked on both sides of the bed. And prenatal bodywork for the very physical reality of carrying a baby.

The same nervous system that runs labor runs healing. I'd love to help you learn its language.

Outside of this work, I'm a mother of four who recharges through yoga, long walks in nature, dancing like nobody's watching, and traveling whenever life allows. Those practices keep me grounded — and they inform the way I hold space for others.
