About
Hypnotherapist first. Nurse always. Mother at heart.
TEEK means well — wellness, well-being, and the steady practice of being well.
I'm JESSICA — a hypnotherapist and registered nurse with 13 years in nursing. My background spans geriatric care, orthopedics, and women's health — and within my work, I love seeing the different cultures, dynamics, and relationships that shape each person's care. I work with people who want to feel steadier in their bodies: through fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, and the postpartum months that follow. I also help clients lessen anxiety and stress, manage chronic pain, address addiction, and untangle relationship patterns. While my nursing roots are in women's health, hypnotherapy here is open to everyone — mothers, pregnant women, and men included.
My training includes ICEA childbirth education, Reiki Levels 1 & 2, YogaFit teacher certification, and 100-hour Yoga for Warriors. These layers inform a practice that is both grounded and gentle — ready to meet you wherever you are.
My core tool is hypnotherapy: a focused, relaxed state where the nervous system can learn something new. In that state, fear loosens, sleep deepens, confidence settles in, and the body remembers how to rest. It's gentle, evidence-informed, and deeply practical — a skill you carry with you from my office into your daily life.
My approach is grounded in holistic nursing: I believe in the innate ability of the body and mind to heal themselves and develop new neural pathways. Hypnotherapy creates the conditions where that natural capacity can take over — not by forcing change, but by quieting the noise long enough for your own systems to remember what balance feels like.
My nursing background means I understand the medical side too: the language, the protocols, the moments when things speed up or slow down. I don't replace your care team — I help you meet them with a calmer nervous system and clearer questions.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I also offer childbirth education and therapeutic bodywork for clients who want a fuller circle of support. But the work I do most, and the work I love most, is helping people retrain their own calm from the inside out.
Outside of this work, I'm a mother of four who recharges through yoga, long walks in nature, dancing like nobody's watching, and traveling whenever life allows. Those practices keep me grounded — and they inform the way I hold space for others.
