Holistic Nurse Consultation

Private, one-on-one

A dedicated hour with a registered nurse trained in holistic care. We'll review your health history, current concerns, and create a personalized wellness plan that honors both evidence and intuition.

Childbirth Education

Private series — 2 sessions

Evidence-based, personalized classes covering stages of labor, comfort measures, informed consent, and cesarean preparation. Two 2-hour sessions tailored to your birth plan and preferences.

Doula Care

Complete birth package

Two prenatal visits, on-call availability from 38 weeks, continuous labor support, and one postpartum visit. I work alongside your team with calm, informed presence. Always your advocate

Prenatal Bodywork

Hands-on relief session

Gentle, pregnancy-safe bodywork focused on pelvic comfort, low back relief, sciatica, and ribcage tension. Sessions use side-lying and supported positioning.

Postpartum Check-In

Virtual or in-home visit

A structured debrief of your birth experience, emotional wellness screening, infant feeding support, and connection to local resources.

What to expect

How do I pay?

I accept credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due at booking for single sessions, or in two installments for bundles.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life with a baby (or trying to make one) is unpredictable. Reschedule with 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations are handled case-by-case with compassion.

Do you offer sliding scale?

Yes — a limited number of reduced-rate spots are reserved each month for those who need them. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

Can I combine services?

Absolutely. Many clients add a doula package to a hypnotherapy bundle, or schedule bodywork alongside childbirth education. Ask about combined pricing.
